Product Description
The plate heat exchanger is composed of heat transfer plate, sealing gasket, pressing plate, upper and lower guide rods, pillars, and tightening bolts. The four corners of the heat transfer plate are provided with corner holes and are fitted with sealing gaskets. When the equipment is clamped, the sealing gaskets are sealed and connected according to the process, and the corner holes are connected to each other to form a labyrinth medium passage. The heat exchange medium flows in the opposite direction in the adjacent passage, and the heat exchange is performed by the enhanced heat radiation, the heat convection, and the heat conduction.

304 stainless steel | This is the lowest cost heat transfer plate material. It has a low corrosion resistance and is usually only available in a thickness of 0.4mm. This type of heat transfer plate is typically used on HVAC applications. |
