Structure Of Semi Welded Plate Heat Exchanger:
This product is designed specifically for the refrigeration industry, semi-welded plate heat exchanger (ammonia evaporator), ammonia walking welding channel, coolants (calcium chloride solution, glycol, etc.) take the gasket channel, this structure not only ensures side channel of reliable sealing ammonia, and both advantages detachable. Another also apply to the vapor - liquid phase change heat and there is liquid - liquid without phase change and security requirements of high heat applications.
The laser semi welding heat exchanger is used in the situation where the gasket cannot be used in the original special situation or the safety requirements are relatively high.
The laser welding is used on one side of the special material, which requires high cleanliness. The other side is in the form of gasket. The performance of half welded heat exchanger is completely consistent with that of plate heat exchanger except that the position of gasket on one side is laser welded.
Plate heat exchanger design selection:
